The rollforming line for thin plates is greatly innovative because of the production rates it can reach, compared to the traditional manufacturing way. In this line the thin plate is formed starting from continuous band and the cut is done with a flying shear, without stopping the production.
The line produces thin plates made of aluminum, having thickness 0,4 mm and length varying from 150 to 650 mm. The line speed is 30 m/min and the production rate is up to 60 pieces/minute.
The production rate is so high that we developed an automatic stacker, allowing to stack the thin plates one on the other. The operator has simply to unload the stacks of thin plates from a band conveyor.
