Metal shuttering panels for concrete structures are used in the construction of concrete foundations, roofs and walls.
The STAM production lines for this application offer a high level of
automation and high productivity combined with low production costs. The STAM
integrated system can include punching, rib forming and bending as well as roll
forming stages.
STAM has developed special production lines for a variety of safety
rails, such as 2 and 3-wave sections and others.
The rollforming line is designed to meet the customer’s requirements. STAM supplies also production lines for rail posts and accessories.
The profiled panels can have a thickness ranging from 3 to 8 mm. The lines can incorporate a programmable system to vary the curve radius over the length of each single workpiece.
The STAM lines realize the finished product, starting from metal sheet,
up to stacking the finished panel, without the need of any intervention from
the operator side.
STAM has developed an innovative and outstandingly efficient special “perforating” system for the production of sound-absorbing panels. A special design is used, in which the metal is sheared and formed so that ‘piercings’ remain attached.
The material is perforated using punches protruding radially
around a rotating cylinder instead of a press, thus reducing investment costs.
The STAM production line for fencing posts is complete with automatic
punching devices. A flexible rollforming system is employed to enable the
profile form to be varied over an extensive range. The line can be supplied
complete with automatic stacking and packing systems at the outfeed end,
integrated with the overall control system.
