The whole manufacturing cycle takes place inside STAM. This allows STAM to keep under full control both production schedules and product quality. Furthermore, fast and efficient after sales service is guaranteed.


The entire process of building STAM equipment is planned and monitored by the production scheduling office, taking care of the projects’ delivery program. The most modern systems of scheduling are used. All the stages required for the manufacture of the finished equipment are executed inside the STAM factory.


The Welding shop

Seven qualified welders work in an area of 2000 m2.
The equipment in this department includes an oxygen / plasma cutting machine and a Vibration Stress Relief equipment.

Machine shop

30 CNC machine tools operated by specialists in two shifts are accommodated in an area of 4000 m2The equipment in the STAM machine shop includes:

  • Laboratory with high precision measuring instruments
  • Computerised system for tool setting
  • CAD-CAM work station

Assembly shop and testing department
The machines are assembled and set up in an area of more than 6000 m2.
Electric, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment is installed and the machine or line is tested in the customer’s presence.


Installation and start-up on site


STAM installs and commissions the lines on the customer’s site and provides the customer’s operating and maintenance personnel with an accurate training.
