Roll forming lines for cable trays

Cable trays typically have widely variable widths and depths, hence multiple processing needs

The cable trays and their covers are made starting from coils with automatic roll formers incorporating presses for punching and/or  embossing tray bottoms and sides.

For companies in the energy sector requiring versatile and innovative machinery, we design production lines that can be adjusted  with quick setup according to the product to be manufactured, thanks to flexible punching moulds and twin roll formers, which can be moved crosswise and adjusted according to the width of the profile

With suitable adjustments, it is also possible to produce stainless steel profiles on the same line.
