Lines for sandwich panels
Sandwich panels are made up of two sheet metal profiles inside which insulating material is inserted or injected, typically PU (PUR/PIR) or rock wool/mineral wool or polystyrene
We can supply highly automated roll forming lines for sandwich panel used for doors, roofs, walls and cooling cells.
Thanks to our deep knowledge of sheet metal forming, we can also carry out sandwich panel roll forming for architectural use, when advanced technical performance goes hand in hand with a pleasant design.
Our sandwich panel plants can work with two alternative methods:
– continuous: with a fully automatic line, starting from coils and with press in line. This method is suitable for high production rates
– discontinuous: the sheet metal profiles are produced separately and are then placed on top of one another with the insulating material in between; the two sheet metal panels are then joined together in a press. This method is suitable for low production rates
A fundamental element, especially for plants running in continuous mode, is the production supervision and programming SW, entirely developed by our engineers. It allows a non-stop tracking of the panels, from the cut up to the packing stage, with efficient control over the automatic coil change and various stacking modes.
By working together with other companies, we can also supply the foaming devices and the presses for customers looking for a turnkey solution for construction sector.
