Rollforming lines for household appliance panels

We manufacture production lines for exposed panels of household appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, cookers and refrigerators

These lines, starting from strips or blanks of the required size, usually rollform the panel edges and incorporate all the necessary equipment for punching and shearing, allowing for the addition of any inserts or accessories. The panels for the various processes move forward with automatic positioning and centering systems to assure the required execution precision.

The various processes are controlled automatically according to the item code to guarantee minimum setup time.
