Rollforming lines for plasterboard profiles

Plasterboard profiles are widely used in Construction sector for buildings and renovation projects

We produce high performance plasterboard rollforming lines able to reach speeds up to 120 m/min, with continuous and fly-cutting operation.

To guarantee such a high output, we developed fully automatic packing lines, where the profiles are first collected in small bundles then strapped together in larger packs.

Along with more productive and automatic solutions, we are able to supply simpler and cheaper, though equally efficient solutions.
