Rollforming lines for tunnel profiles

The profiled components for tunnels can have a thickness ranging from 3 to 8 mm and a variable bending radius across the same workpiece

This involves manufacturing difficulties we have been able to solve. This way, we have created production lines for tunnels that enable us to manage the entire process, starting from the flat sheet processed with a hydraulic press, up to the finished and stacked products, with no need for manual intervention by the operator.

The precision in the execution of the profiles and punching ensures an easy assembly of the tunnel.
