Lines for gutters

Our rollforming lines for gutters can operate both in the start/stop configuration and with flying shears. The cut-to-length is carried out by a hydraulic tool

Gutters can either have a square or semi-circular shape and are generally made with pre-painted or galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys, copper or zinc.

Aware of the importance, for our customers, to reduce production time by decreasing the tools set-up time of the lines, we developed a gutters production plant equipped with a ‘double roll-former’ on which tooling for two different types of profile is permanently set up. The tooling can be for downpipes of different sizes or for guttering and downpipes.

This particularly versatile system provides great flexibility and ensures the production process is more efficient.

Our rollforming lines for gutters are designed for different speeds, depending on customer’s requirements, in the range from 10 to 40 m/min.

Automatic packing lines can be added to the rollforming plant.
