Lines for uprights

We supply rollforming lines for uprights and lines for the production of all the components for a shelving system, for industrial use or use in a supermarket, therefore crossbeams, shelves, diagonals, back panels, brackets and fixing accessories

Our rollforming lines for uprights are designed and built to match the customer’s specific requirements, as they have several different configurations, and incorporating a press for making the required punches.

Here are some of the main optional features:

• flexible punching
• automatic adjustment of the rollformer
• flying shears for cutting the profile
• automatic profile stacking with strapping
• on-line welding for welded upright profiles, typical of supermarket uprights

All these devices increase the productivity of the line, reduce downtime and allow you to reduce tiring and long manual operations.

In our rollforming lines for uprights we often also include the production of horizontal connection elements, called cross-beams, thanks to the  cassette-type configuration of the rollformer.
