Lines for trapezoidal profiles and corrugated profiles

Thanks to a precise and gradual roll forming process that takes into account the properties of the material used, our roll forming lines can produce top quality profiles for cladding and decking.

Our roll forming lines for trapezoidal and corrugated profiles are available in two different configurations:

• for low production rates, working in start-stop mode
• for high production rates, lines with a flying shears able to run at up to 100 m/min

For quick changes of the roll forming tools, instead of the traditional roll former we can provide:

• a roll former with cassettes/rafts
• two movable roll formers positioned crosswise in relation to the line axis, traditional or with cassettes/rafts
• multi-level roll formers

We provide automatic stacking and packing systems of a suitable size to make the most of the productivity of the roll former.
